• Management is committed to achieve the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) with zero accident and prevent occupational illness as the target.
• Assessment, correction, and sustainable improvement of management and health and safety performance.
• Require each employees report all accident, near miss, hazards and responsible for working safely which complying with company safety regulations and Indonesian Law concerning HSE matters.
• Carry out regular inspections to identify and reduce potential hazards, conduct internal audit as of schedule and follow up the result for accident prevention as early as possible.
• Develop HSE training for all employees.
• Develop emergency plans and procedures to responds efficiently to incident.
• Communicate health and safety to increase awareness for employees and related parties.
